We accept returns only if the product received is damaged or defective. No returns or exchanges are offered for texture variation, delays due to customs or courier issues, or slight variations in stone color due to the natural material. Incorrect Ring Sizes and incorrect/Incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for returns, replacements or exchanges.
In the unlikely event that there is a quality issue detected upon receipt, Customer must contact the Manufacturer at the time of receipt of the parcel. A refund will be given on receipt of the item in unused and original condition.
You must contact the Manufacturer immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit. Once it is confirmed the package is lost, the Manufacturer will file a claim with the courier. Once a refund is received, the Manufacturer will provide the replacement item.
